A fire or life safety emergency will most likely occur unannounced or without advance notice. However, it is the building owner's or operator's responsibility to always be prepared, and ensure the building protection systems are operable and in compliance at all times.

Note: Our consultation does not supersede the AHJ of any district. A qualified service contractor shall be contacted for all repairs. We highly recommend immediate action be taken to correct any deficiency recorded in our report. Upon the completion of the repairs, the AHJ of the district shall be contacted to make the final decision on the building's compliance status.
